Notice to Congress leader
The Congress High Command in a move to
show that indiscipline would not be tolerated, on Friday issued a show-cause
notice to the IT Minister for State, Komtireddy Venkata Reddy asking him why no
action should be taken against him for his comments against the Chief Minister.
The Minister had resigned for the cause of a separate Telangana and had not
taken back his resignation despite the Chief Minister asking him to do so. He
also commented on K Rosaiah as being the Chief Minister only to the Andhra
region and the entire state. Venkata Reddy claimed he had not received the
notice yet. The notice was issued after Chief Minister K Rosaiah had complained
about the Minister to the party High Command.
